Retail technology platform Lily AI has announced its integration with e-commerce marketplace Shopify for enhanced customer-centric product attributes.
The integration aims to increase discoverability, conversion rates and customer satisfaction on the Shopify platform.
It allows brands and retailers on Shopify to enrich their product assortments.
The new Shopify integration allows for the seamless export of product catalogues to Lily AI's system, where they are enriched with attributes that resonate with customers, such as trends, occasions, styles and synonyms.
The process is designed to be frictionless, requires no coding skills and is particularly beneficial for managing large catalogues efficiently.
Lily AI president and chief revenue officer Ahmed Naiem said: “We are thrilled to announce our direct integration with Shopify. When our customers speak, we listen.
“In recent months, we’ve heard massive demand from our customers and would-be customers that they want to easily and automatically integrate Lily’s industry-leading attributes into their entire retail technology infrastructure, with Shopify frequently at the top of the list.
“Our Shopify integration is an exciting example of our commitment to cultivating new and deeper technology partnerships to better serve our retailer and brand customers.”
Shopify is used by an estimated 4.6 million brands and retailers and is known for its innovation and customer experience.
With the introduction of Lily AI's integration, users now have access to a tool that promises to make their products more discoverable and appealing to customers.
In September 2023, Shopify selected business-to-business company Faire as its wholesale marketplace.
