Priority Software and CRS partner to transform retail management

In a strategic move to reshape the retail landscape, Priority Software has entered into a reseller agreement with Canadian Retail Solutions (CRS). 

This partnership aims to revolutionise retail management by offering an advanced omnichannel commerce platform that seamlessly integrates enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities, retail management, and point-of-sale (POS) functionalities.

Unified omnichannel commerce management platform

The collaboration will introduce an omnichannel commerce management platform, designed to meet the dynamic needs of modern consumers and retailers alike.

The companies said this new platform will empower CRS' clients with a suite of tools to enhance operational efficiency across multiple stores and sales channels, providing a unified and streamlined retail experience.

Optimising retail operations

Priority Software said its platform is set to redefine retail management, enabling businesses to optimise operations and maintain consistent customer interactions across all shopping channels. 

By eliminating the need for multiple system integrations, Priority Software's retail management solution provides a holistic approach to retail management with seamless omnichannel capabilities.

Personalization has grown alongside online retail
