The service will be expanded to all Primark stores in Britain by the end of 2025.

Fashion retailer Primark has revealed plans to expand its Click & Collect service to 54 more stores across Great Britain before the end of 2024.

The move coincides with Primark's 50th anniversary on the British high street, after opening its first store in Derby in September 1974.

The upcoming rollout will commence in autumn 2024, with new locations including Derby and in Birmingham, which has the world's largest Primark.

The expansion follows the announcement made in April 2024 that Click & Collect would be introduced across stores in England, Scotland and Wales by the end of 2025.

Primark has also broadened the Click & Collect range to encompass menswear and homeware, in addition to the existing women's and kidswear collections.

The new ranges are already available in the 57 stores that currently offer the Click & Collect service.

Primark UK retail director Kari Rodgers said: “It’s been fifty years since we first opened our doors in Derby to bring affordable fashion to the British high street, and expanding Click & Collect is another way we are giving people more reasons to visit their local high street and Primark.

“We know our customers love its convenience and the opportunity to access our wider ranges typically only found in larger stores. We’re thrilled to reveal the new stores to offer the service and extend access to our ranges even further before the busy Christmas shopping period begins.”

The expansion of the Click & Collect service comes as the retailer is investing more than £100m in its UK stores in 2024.

Founded in Ireland in 1969, the brand operates 450 stores across the globe, employing more than 80,000 colleagues across 17 countries in Europe and the US.
