Value fashion retailer Primark has expanded its Click & Collect service to a further 24 stores, bringing the service to more than 158 outlets across England and Wales.

The company is on track to extend Click & Collect to all 187 stores in Great Britain by the 2025 summer season.

Shoppers have the convenience of browsing and ordering from a selection of Primark's top-selling women's, men's children's apparel and home goods ranges through the company's website.

Customers retrieve their purchases from their chosen Click & Collect store at a time that suits them best.

The introduction of Click & Collect also allows customers to access new and broader product lines that may not be available at their local Primark.

Among these lines is Primark’s value-driven adaptive clothing collection, which debuted in early 2025.

Developed in collaboration with Victoria Jenkins, an adaptive designer and advocate for disability rights, this collection features 40 essential clothing items designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Primark UK retail director Kari Rodgers stated: “We’re delighted to reveal the next wave of stores to offer Click & Collect, giving more customers the chance to shop online from the great ranges they know and love before collecting in store. With summer in sight, it’s just one way we’re making it even easier for everyone to get their summer wardrobe essentials.”

In April 2024, the retailer announced its intention to implement Click & Collect across all its stores in England, Scotland and Wales by the end of 2025.

In September it revealed plans to expand the service to 54 more stores across Great Britain before the end of that year, and in February 2025 the service was rolled out in a further 18 stores.

The current extension is part of Primark’s broader strategy to invest in store enhancement, aiming to offer shoppers increased convenience and variety along with additional incentives to visit local high streets.
