Naiz Fit, a subsidiary of omnichannel e-commerce platform My Size, has integrated generative artificial intelligence (AI) into its services.
The move aims to revolutionise the fashion technology sector by offering a new level of personalised and interactive shopping experiences.
Naiz Fit is utilising advanced natural language processing models and multi-agent environments, such as Crew AI and Autogen, to provide intuitive product recommendations and filtering.
The technology enables customers to conduct searches based on occasions or specific needs, resulting in a customised product reel that aligns with their style preferences, past purchases and fits.
Naiz Fit is innovating with virtual try-ons that use customers' photos, eliminating the need for 3D garment modelling.
This feature allows for easy integration with existing product images, enabling customers to visualise how different items look together.
The company also plans to bring this immersive experience to bricks-and-mortar retail stores via smart mirrors and camera-equipped digital points of sale.
My Size CEO Ronen Luzon said: "At My Size, we are committed to driving innovation and redefining the retail experience through technology. The integration of generative AI into Naiz Fit's offerings represents a significant milestone in our journey, offering unprecedented personalisation and engagement to both brands and consumers. This is just the beginning of how we envision the future of fashion tech."
MySize acquired Naiz Fit in 2022, to drive revenue growth and reduce costs for its business clients.
