Spanish fast-fashion retailer Mango is set to expand its UK footprint with 20 new store openings in 2025.

The expansion will focus on London, central England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with the Welsh capital Cardiff also making its debut in Mango's retail landscape.

The retailer will open six new stores in London, including a flagship location on Oxford Street.

The 1,100m² flagship store will showcase collections from women's, men's and children's lines. Other notable London locations include Kensington High Street and Long Acre.

Mango’s expansion strategy also includes a significant presence in central England with a new store in Birmingham and multiple locations in Scotland such as Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen.

In Northern Ireland, the company will open stores in Belfast and Craigavon.

The new stores will adopt the New Med Mediterranean-inspired concept which prioritises sustainability and architectural harmony, presenting the Mango store as a Mediterranean home.

Mango expansion and franchising Daniel López said: "The UK is one of the priority markets for Mango's international growth. Our 2025 expansion plan follows the store opening success in 2024 to move forward in capillarity and getting even closer to our customers with stores in which we can offer them the Mango experience."

The store expansion is part of the company's 4E 2024-2026 Strategic Plan, which aims to reinforce Mango's unique value proposition while emphasising innovation and sustainability.

Announced in March 2024, the strategy aims to increase the company’s revenue to more than €4bn by 2026.

In 2024, Mango opened more than 20 stores across the UK, ending the year with more than 70 points of sale.

In 2023 it opened ten stores chiefly in southern and central regions. These openings included Bristol, London, Manchester and Leeds.
