Australia’s womenswear brand Forever New has chosen OneView’s SaaS [software as a service] unified commerce platform to transform its store order fulfilment.

OneView was selected for its modern cloud architecture that delivers SaaS solutions for inventory management in real-time and to optimise omnichannel order fulfilment.

Designed to enable digital-to-store engagement, the solution allows every store associate to execute on store fulfilment options by offering a single view of orders, transactions, customers and inventory.

Forever New information technology general manager Naresh Teckchandani said: "In OneView, we found modern and agile in-store tools and technology that will allow customers to connect with our brand across their entire omnichannel experience.

"OneView's composable, API [application programming interface]-first architecture provides the control we need to make our global omni-vision a reality as customer behaviours shift and the brand grows."

OneView can quickly launch SaaS solutions and its platform functions provide full headless control.

This enables Forever New to curate experiences aligning with its global strategies and customer objectives.

The Forever New brand trades in 25 markets, operating more than 480 retail and concession stores globally.

OneView chief executive officer Linda Palanza said: "We are honoured to work with Forever New as they leverage our unified commerce platform to achieve their omnichannel vision.

"Our commitment is to provide best-in-class solutions that will enable them to gain agility, control and speed-to-market to maximise brand impact and engagement."
