E-commerce company eBay has launched Luxe Line, a branded bus that provides a location where people can sell their luxury accessories from selected brands including PRADA, Louis Vuitton and Gucci.
The bus will make a scheduled stop on 13 and 14 December 2023 in Los Angeles and on 16 December in Las Vegas.
Items will be appraised, photographed and consigned by a team of selling experts, who will list the items on the seller's behalf on eBay.
eBay luxury Global GM Tirath Kamdar stated: "Our consignment service is designed to help remove the typical barriers to selling pre-owned items.
"The Luxe Line gives sellers and shoppers a way to test out our new service in real life with the same trusted experts that eBay works with for the online experience."
Visitors to the Luxe Line can also shop a curated selection of handbags, watches, and jewellery from the retailer’s luxury sellers.
The selection includes items from designer Jenna Lyons and luxury handbags, watches and jewellery from major eBay sellers Linda's Stuff and MyGemma.
Designer Jenna Lyons stated: "My closet is bursting with the collection of handbags I've amassed over the past 20 years, and eBay's consignment service has made it easy to give these bags new life in someone else's collection.
"eBay's Luxe Line will feature some special finds from over the years, including a red Celine luggage tote. My very first Phoebe Philo purchase - the bag was well-loved and now she's ready for her next chapter!"
