UK-based technology products and services retailer Currys has broadened its collaboration with technology consulting and digital solutions company LTIMindtree.
This partnership is aimed at transforming Currys' omni-channel retail customer experiences through Salesforce Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud and MuleSoft.
The transformation includes several key initiatives such as the re-platforming of Currys' website to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the launch of an in-store client app on Experience Cloud, and the implementation of Service Cloud for post-sales support.
These enhancements are designed to streamline operations and improve customer service.

Since the partnership's inception in 2021, Currys and LTIMindtree have overhauled the retailer's commerce and support ecosystem.
The use of Salesforce platforms and a broader application landscape has significantly improved customer experiences, streamlined store operations, and boosted employee satisfaction.
