UK-based co-operative group Co-op is set to relaunch its newly transformed store in Thornton Centre in England on 19 October.
The store is located on Victoria Road East, Thornton Cleveleys, Blackpool. It will reopen following a major renovation programme.
With a fresh look and layout, the renovated store features a cash machine and other convenience services, including online delivery of groceries through shop.coop.co.uk and parcel collection services with Amazon and DPD.
Thornton Cleveleys Co-op will stock everyday essentials and ingredients, food-to-go, fresh, healthy products, Fairtrade products and more.
It will also offer chilled beers, wines, ready meals and pizzas.
In addition, the store provides a new laundry service with a Revolution Laundromat installed outside the store.
In a separate development, Boyes partnered with Co-op to launch a dedicated store inside Thornton Co-op.
Boyes will offer clothing, electrical appliances, homewares, stationery, DIY products, seasonal ranges and more.
Co-op store manager Terry Mark said: “We are very excited to relaunch the store and to have had the opportunity to carry out such a significant investment – the store has a great new look. We are also delighted to partner with Boyes, who are launching their newest outlet inside.
“It is a fantastic addition to the store. We have worked to develop the range, choice and added services to create a compelling offer to serve our community and, visitors to the area. With a focus on delivering member value so that the people who own our business, our members, benefit every time they shop.”
Last month, Co-op opened a new and improved convenience store in Erleigh Road, Reading.
