Grocery innovator Carrefour Italy has implemented SymphonyAI's advanced computer vision technology to optimise its shopping experience and overall operational performance.
SymphonyAI's Store Intelligence is designed to cut labour costs, bolster pricing and promotional precision, amplify on-shelf product availability, and reduce stock shortages.
The pilot phase showcased the efficacy of the technology, as store associates wielded handheld devices equipped with the software to swiftly identify and rectify any discrepancies.
The system's user-friendly nature and straightforward deployment ensured immediate benefits and smooth integration into daily operations.
SymphonyAI Store Intelligence provides immediate insights into areas requiring attention within stores.
