British retailer WHSmith has partnered with software solutions provider Vistex to enhance its supplier income management.

The retailer will leverage Vistex’s SaaS enterprise software to strengthen its commitment to operational performance and financial integrity.

Vistex’s supplier rebates solution will streamline the entire rebates process, including agreement management, accruals and settlement for WHSmith, providing increased control and visibility over financial dealings.

The Vistex solution automates supplier income calculation and tracking, decreasing manual errors and administrative overheads.

It also provides insights into supplier programmes in real-time, allowing the company to improve decision-making and strategic planning.

The solution can be easily combined with WHSmith’s existing enterprise resource planning systems, ensuring a consistent and unified approach to financial management.
