Upscale department store chain Von Maur has expanded its presence in the US with the opening of its first location in Pennsylvania at South Hills Village in Pittsburgh.
This new store spans 118,000ft² and offers products from top brands, including Bobbi Brown, Hammitt, Marc Jacobs, Peter Millar, TravisMathew, Varley and others.
The department store also offers interest-free charge cards, a rewards programme, and complimentary services such as gift wrapping and shipping.
Von Maur department stores president Jim von Maur said: “Today is a special day as we officially open our doors at South Hills Village and share with Pittsburgh what makes Von Maur special.

Centrally located for shoppers from Pittsburgh and surrounding suburbs, Von Maur serves as an anchor tenant at South Hills Village.

In addition to its first Pennsylvania location, Von Maur plans to open its first North Dakota store at Fargo’s West Acres Mall in early 2025.
Once complete, the company will operate 39 department stores across the country.
Furthermore, Von Maur is undergoing a multi-phased renovation of its existing stores with a $100m investment over the next five years.
