Luxury apparel and accessories brand Vince has deployed Teamwork Commerce’s advanced point-of-sale (POS) system at its flagship store in London.
The retailer previously used a traditional POS system, but this had mobility limitations and required extensive staff training.
To address increasing requirements from business and customers, Vince sought a solution with a user-friendly interface that unifies commerce and facilitates seamless customer interactions.

The cloud-based mobile POS retail software by Teamwork Commerce operates exclusively on iOS devices and empowers associates to assist customers from any location within the store.
The solution is expected to reduce checkout queues and enhance the overall shopping experience by integrating with business operations and supporting real-time data across all channels.
