Canada-based Asian supermarket chain T&T Supermarkets has revealed plans to open its second store in Quebec, Canada.
The announcement of the new store comes in response to growing customer demand and the successful opening of the brand’s first store in Montreal in 2022.
The Quebec store is located in Brossard’s Quartier Dix30, the second-largest retail centre in Canada, with 3,200,000ft² of retail and office space.
Scheduled to open in the autumn of 2024, the new supermarket spans 5,000m² and will offer a selection of Asian products, groceries, fruits and vegetables, meats, seafood, ready-to-eat meals, fresh breads and popular T&T private label products.
The retailer is in the process of recruiting 250 employees for various roles, including Assistant Department Heads, Supervisors and skilled workers.
T&T chief executive officer Tina Lee said: “South Shore was one of the most requested locations from the community ever since we announced we’re coming to Quebec.

By GlobalData“After receiving such a warm welcome in Montreal last year, we’re looking forward to opening a second T&T Supermarket in Quebec. We looked at many development opportunities, and Brossard’s Quartier Dix30 proved to be the obvious choice – it’s a popular and ever-expanding mall and we aim to be an integral part of the vibrant community that is growing around us.
“With numerous residential units planned in the coming years, we see immense potential in catering to the evolving needs of our customers, ensuring convenience and a delightful shopping experience.”
