Fashion retailer Triumph has selected US-based financial and retail technology company Diebold Nixdorf to help enhance the shopping experience across sales channels and reduce IT complexity.
Triumph is planning to implement a comprehensive suite of software, services and point-of-sale (PoS) technology from Diebold across its 750 stores in 23 countries. This will allow the company to standardise its IT processes.
The global lingerie and bodywear brand has currently deployed Diebold systems in around 160 stores across four European markets.
It will also install 850 BEETLE iPOS plus checkout systems and the DN Vynamic Retail Software Suite by 2020.
According to the retailer, the partnership enables it to integrate services such as exchange of items purchased online, and reservation of items for pickup in a store into its PoS solution.
Diebold Nixdorf Retail Germany, Austria and Switzerland vice-president Bernd Büker said: “As a provider of consumer-centric, state-of-the-art technology, software and services for the complete store lifecycle, we support retail companies in their worldwide markets.
