Technology platform Snap+Style Business (SSB) and enterprise retail solutions firm Mi9 Retail have signed a strategic OEM partnership to integrate their platforms.

Both companies will work collaboratively for a combined solution, which will feature key capabilities of both Snap+Style Business platform and the Mi9 Retail unified commerce suite.

The new solution for customer engagement and point-of-purchase execution is expected to drive incremental customer sales.

It also allows retailers to offer personalised product suggestions to customers directly from their websites.

“We have created a unique platform that can deliver immediate value to retailers that value high customer engagement.”

Mi9 Retail CEO Neil Moses said: “Customer engagement excellence is a hallmark of the world’s most successful retailers, but today’s customers expect their digital and in-store experiences to be seamless and complementary.

“By combining the SSB platform with the Mi9 point-of-purchase suite, we have created a unique platform that can deliver immediate value to retailers that value high customer engagement.”

Mi9 Retail and Snap+Style Business have demonstrated the new integrated solutions at NRF 2019: Retail’s Big Show in New York.

Snap+Style offers customer engagement software for various major retailers such as Michael Kors, Guess, Shinola, ELOQUII, and Cosabella.

The software assists retailers to drive average order value (AOV), units per transaction (UPT) and sales conversion.

Snap+Style Business chairman Raul Fernandez said: “Beyond sales, the Snap+Style Business platform also captures meaningful self-declared preferences from customer interactions. Those insights lead to deeper and more meaningful interactions with customers.”
