Japan-based beauty brand Shiseido and its exclusive Indian partner Baccarose have opened the brand’s first standalone boutique store in the country.
Located at Inorbit Mall, Malad, Mumbai, the new 400ft² boutique store offers SHISEIDO’s extensive range of skincare and makeup products.
Customers will have access to personalised consultations through trained beauty consultants to find products suitable to their needs and preferences.
The SHISEIDO Skin Visualiser touch-free device will also help measure and visualise the condition of a customer’s skin and provide personalised beauty advice accordingly.
SHISEIDO Asia Pacific fragrance and cosmetic division vice-president Nicolas Baudonnet said: “We are excited to introduce SHISEIDO’s world-class beauty products to the vibrant and diverse market in India.

For this, Shiseido Asia Pacific partnered with Global SS Beauty Brands, a subsidiary of fashion and beauty destination Shoppers Stop.
Nars’ first boutique in India is set to open at Select CityWalk Mall, New Delhi, next month.
