Global fashion retailer Primark has announced its plans to open a new store in Parma, Italy, further solidifying its commitment to the Italian market.
Scheduled to open in 2026, the store will be located within the ‘Parma Retail’ shopping centre, currently undergoing redevelopment as ‘Parma Promenade’ by Eurofund Group.
This marks Primark’s second store in the Emilia Romagna region, following the successful launch of Primark Bologna at the ‘Shopville Gran Reno’ shopping centre in 2022.
Primark Italy currently boasts 15 stores nationwide, but this will rise to 16 with its store opening in Turin on 9 May.
Spanning approximately 3,400m², the new Parma store will offer Primark’s signature in-store experience, featuring the latest trends in women’s, men’s, and children’s wear alongside beauty products, homeware, accessories, and everyday essentials.
Sustainability remains a key focus for Primark, with 55% of its clothing already incorporating recycled or sustainable materials, and a commitment to reach 100% by 2030.

Eurofund Group CEO Ion Saralegui expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership: “We are delighted to welcome such a globally recognised brand to Parma Retail. We have a track record of repositioning retail destinations across Europe and look forward to seeing our plans for Parma Promenade take shape.”
