Multinational fashion retailer Primark is set to complete the expansion of its Click & Collect service to all 186 UK stores by summer 2025.

The next phase of the rollout went live on 26 February, with the service becoming available in a further 18 stores.

This expansion brings the total number of Primark locations offering Click & Collect to 131, almost three-quarters of its UK estate.

The Click & Collect service allows customers to explore and purchase from a wide array of Primark products, including women’s, men’s, kids’ clothing and homeware.

Shoppers can place orders through the Primark website and collect their purchases in-store a minimum of two days later.

This service extension also provides access to new and broader product ranges that may not be available at all local stores.

Primark’s recently launched adaptive clothing line is included in the Click & Collect offerings.

This affordable range, developed in collaboration with adaptive designer and disability advocate Victoria Jenkins, comprises 40 fashionable essentials that meet the needs of individuals with disabilities.

Primark UK retail director Kari Rodgers stated: “We know that our customers love the convenience that Click & Collect offers, as well as the opportunity to access ranges otherwise only found in larger stores. With the roll out now due to complete in time for summer, we hope this will help make summer holiday shopping that little bit easier.”

The company initially announced its plans in April 2024, setting a target to implement Click & Collect across all its stores by the end of 2025.  By September, it announced the expansion of the service to 54 more stores before the end of the year.

The initiative is part of Primark’s broader investment strategy aimed at enhancing store experiences, providing more convenience and choice for shoppers, and driving more foot traffic to local branches on high streets.
