Whole Foods has opened a supermarket at Canyon Corners in Park City, Utah, US.

Owned by real estate firm CenterCal Properties, the store provides a wide range of available products and several innovations.

It features a taproom to serve beers provided by Utah breweries and a coffee bar that serves hot beverages, including coffee, tea and chocolate drinks, along with confections.

“We believe it’s a great fit with our mission to create memorable experiences.”

CenterCal’s Utah properties general manager David Anderson said: “Park City is truly a one-of-a-kind culture, encompassing both local residents for miles around as well as visitors who come for summer and winter vacations, often oriented around sports.

“The new Whole Foods offers a broad range of local products, including locally crafted beer and confections. We believe it’s a great fit with our mission to create memorable experiences.”

Established in 2004, CenterCal Properties is a full-service commercial real estate company, which is engaged in investing, developing and leasing activities.

CenterCal’s ‘placemaking’ strategy focuses on creating destinations throughout the western US.

Other retailers that operate at its Canyon Corners location include MOD Pizza, Christy Sports, IntelliBED and T-Mobile, with SlapFish opening in December.
