US-based retailer Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores has opened a new outlet inside the Madison County Ace Hardware at Danielsville, Georgia.
The store represents the sixth Sears Hometown outlet opened this year, which are operated by members of the local community.
Sears Hometown Danielsville co-owner Tripp Strickland said: “We recognised a need in the market for an appliance outlet, so adding Sears Hometown to our Ace Hardware store will benefit the community by providing more of a one-stop-shop for home improvement needs.
“Sears Hometown is a great addition to our existing business and the Danielsville community because we have the ability to offer a wide selection of top brand name home appliances at the lowest possible price.”
The hometown store will stock merchandise from brands such as Kenmore, Maytag, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Bosch, Frigidaire and GE.
Customers can purchase products offered by Sears, including apparel, footwear and jewellery, and pick up the goods in-store.
