Online fashion retailer Poshmark has introduced its new Posh Dressing Room personal styling service for an enhanced customer experience.
Posh Dressing Room allows the Poshmark seller stylists to provide online one-on-one styling.
The new service streamlines the process of answering questions for seller stylists, which allows them to easily and quickly match buyers to the required inventory.
Poshmark founder and chief executive officer Manish Chandra said: "Since inception, Poshmark has continued to launch new services, from payment protection to shipping to product verification to a new wholesale channel, that simplify selling, shopping and styling for our fast-growing community.
"The Posh Dressing Room is our next major innovation that will make it even easier for our seller stylists to service their shoppers."
Seller stylists offer customers personalised styling recommendations from seven million items.
The ability of the stylists to quickly provide such suggestions is expected to enhance sales as they will now be able to serve five times the number of daily shoppers.
Customers can utilise the Posh Dressing Room by connecting with a seller stylist, who can provide a personalised look according to the style of the customer.
The service also allows seller stylists to share inventory updates with buyers.
Founded in 2011, Poshmark currently offers more than 25 million items across 5,000 brands.
