MMS Gulf has selected Airolink Building Contracting to build its AED300m ($81m) Arts Center project, which will be located at Al Barsha, Dubai, UAE.
The project aims to create a mall dedicated to furniture market in the GCC region, and the Arts Center will host several medium to premium brands.
The final construction phase is expected to be finalised next April, Constructionweekonline.com reported.
It will have more than 100 retail stores selling home appliances, decorative materials, furniture, lighting and accessories, reported Middle East Business Review.
It will also provide special services such as free valet-parking, a cigar lounge, and a children’s play area.
MMS Gulf CEO and partner Dr Samer Al Omari was quoted by Middle East Business Review as saying: "The timing is perfect because the real estate and the hospitality markets are witnessing a golden era before Expo 2020. This project provides an answer to current gaps in sectors.
