The two retailers would exit the Romanian market, with falling sales recorded in the region, reports local Wall-street.ro.
As part of the expansion plan, Leroy Merlin will open a new 13,000m ² store in Craiova this June.
Separately, the retailer is looking to develop its own projects in key locations in Bucharest and across the country.

Presently, it operates more than 300 home improvement stores in 13 countries.
