Fashion brand H&M has announced its plan to open its first store in Puerto Rico next month.
To be located at The Mall of San Juan, the store will open on 9 June.
H&M North America president Daniel Kulle said: “We are thrilled to be opening the first H&M location in Puerto Rico and bring our fashion to both the local community, as well as visitors of this beautiful island.
“As a new market, we are also pleased to provide employment opportunities for local residents through our furthered expansion there.”
The brand claimed that the store will serve as one-stop shopping destination for clothing for the whole family, with collections for ladies, men, and separate sections for accessories, lingerie and beauty.
This outlet will also carry H&M’s children’s collection from newborns to up to eight year olds.
