US-based tyre and wheel retailer Discount Tire is planning to expand its retail store footprint into Pennsylvania.Through the new stores, the company intends to meet the growing demand for inexpensive tyres and wheels in the greater Pittsburgh area.
The company is also working on additional plans for other markets in the state.

Since 2013, it has opened stores in ten additional states, including a recent investment in opening new locations in Virginia.
The expansion into new markets and store openings in new states is part of Discount Tire’s future growth strategy.
Brands available at Discount Tire stores include Michelin, Goodyear, Bridgestone, BFGoodrich, Pirelli, Falken, Continental and Cooper, in addition to custom brands such as MB, Vision, American Outlaw, TSW, Liquid Metal and Konig.
The company also sells exclusive brands such as Arizonian, Road Hugger and Pathfinder.
