Euro Holdings Berhad has reached an agreement for private placement of shares to raise MYR4.5m ($1.05m) by December 2017.
As part of the placement, the company will place 24.3 million new shares representing a 10% stake at a price of MYR0.18 ($0.04) a share.

The Malaysian investment holding company intends to use the proceeds in order to fund its working capital.
US-based multi-channel retail platform provider NewStore Inc has completed a series B funding round to raise $50m.
Led by US-based private equity firm Activant Capital Group LLC, the funding round also saw the participation of General Catalyst Partners LLC and Stephan Schambach.
Funds are intended to be used for expanding NewStore’s platform. NewStore specialises in mobile e-commerce.
