As Easter approaches, Lidl Great Britain is bracing for a surge in shoppers eager to stock up on seasonal favourites.

Last year’s Easter rush saw nearly 2,000 shoppers per minute on the weekend’s Saturday, and with the anticipation of even higher numbers this year, Lidl is gearing up to meet the demand.

Plan your visit

Lidl stores will maintain their regular opening hours on Good Friday and Saturday. However, in England and Wales, they will be closed on Easter Sunday, reopening on Easter Monday.

As the UK’s fastest-growing supermarket, Lidl experienced a significant increase in footfall last year, with Saturday emerging as its busiest day.

To beat the crowds, shoppers can plan their visits between 8am and 10am or after 6pm, based on footfall trends.

Discover award-winning delights

Lidl is offering a range of seasonal products to elevate Easter feasts, including the Deluxe Lemon & Dill Salmon Side priced at £9.99 ($12.60) and the Deluxe West Country Whole Lamb Leg priced at £9.99 per kilogram.
