Danish home decoration store chain JYSK has announced plans to open three additional stores in Ireland, this summer (May to July), following the opening of its first outlet in Ireland, at Naas in April this year.
The first store will open at Drogheda retail park on 4 July, the second at Navan retail park on 25 July and the third at Laoise shopping centre in Portlaoise on 8 August.
The store openings will create up to 50 new jobs.
The new outlets are part of the retailer’s plan to open 15 stores over the next two years.
JYSK head of retail Roni Tuominen told Extra.ie: “When we made the decision to bring our brand to Ireland, we knew that we wanted to expand quickly across the country and develop a robust employment strategy.
“We’re excited to announce these three new stores and we can’t wait to bring our quality products and great prices to people in Drogheda, Navan and Portlaoise this summer.”
