US-based denim lifestyle brand Guess Jeans has entered the Asian subcontinent through an exclusive long-term franchise partnership with Tata Group’s e-commerce platform. 

The alliance positions Tata CLiQ as the principal retailer of Guess Jeans in India. 

The collaboration aims to offer consumers an integrated and hassle-free shopping experience, making the latest collections accessible to the style-conscious demographic. 

The synergistic partnership will enhance distribution networks and align with Guess Jeans’ growth plans.  

This development represents a key progression for both Guess Jeans and the overarching business of Guess.

The brand caters to both men and women and its offerings range from classic straight-leg jeans to skinny fits.  

In 2024, under the guidance of Guess chief new business development officer Nicolai Marciano, Guess Jeans collaborated with Jeanologia on an initiative to update their manufacturing process.  

This led to the creation of the eco-friendly Guess Airwash technology. By utilising air and bubbles instead of water in their stonewashing technique and eliminating pumice stones, the innovation significantly reduces both water and energy consumption associated with traditional stonewashing processes.
