Colorado-based women’s fashion retailer Fresh Produce has deployed customer engagement platform, Mi9 Mosaic, from omnichannel retail solution provider Mi9 Retail.
Mi9 Mosaic platform offers point of sale (POS), CRM, clienteling and business intelligence solutions to retailers.
The retailer has chosen Mi9 to replace its current retail systems that resulted in reduced productivity and increased risk of security vulnerabilities.

The solution will help the retailer to achieve brand recognition by leveraging its key retail features such as full transaction management on any device and real-time omnichannel inventory visibility.
