Fashion streetwear and sportswear retailer Footasylum has selected the mobile-first omnichannel cloud platform NewStore to enable an omnichannel experience across stores.
The retailer will leverage NewStore’s platform to integrate its digital and physical platforms, enabling customers to shop at their convenience.
The partnership builds on the retailer’s modern technology architecture, which also comprises promotion and loyalty automation solution provider, Talon.One.
NewStore and Talon.One, both members of the MACH Alliance, will jointly deliver omnichannel experience across Footasylum’s 60 stores in the UK.
In addition, the direct integration of the NewStore platform and Talon.One’s loyalty & promotion engine will drive brand engagement and customer retention.
