
European footwear retailer Deichmann has selected Ivalua, a global leader in spend management, to digitalise its source-to-pay (S2P) processes.
The strategic partnership aims to streamline operations, reduce manual effort and enhance collaboration across the company’s procurement functions.
Deichmann will adopting Ivalua’s unified spend management platform, which will help the company achieve four main goals: consolidating and optimising S2P operations, increasing automation, enhancing transparency through powerful data insights and fostering better collaboration with both internal teams and suppliers.
The digital transformation will cover core S2P processes: supplier risk and performance management, sourcing, contract management, e-procurement and invoicing.
Deichmann will utilise Ivalua’s Intelligent Virtual Assistant and the Collaboration Plans module to further enhance procurement efficiency.

Founded in 1913 in Essen, Germany, Deichmann operates 4,700 stores in 34 countries, employing more than 49,000 people.
The company generated €8.7bn in gross revenue in 2023.
