UK-based technology products and services retailer Currys has broadened its collaboration with technology consulting and digital solutions company LTIMindtree.
This partnership is aimed at transforming Currys’ omni-channel retail customer experiences through Salesforce Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud and MuleSoft.
The transformation includes several key initiatives such as the re-platforming of Currys’ website to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, the launch of an in-store client app on Experience Cloud, and the implementation of Service Cloud for post-sales support.
These enhancements are designed to streamline operations and improve customer service.

Since the partnership’s inception in 2021, Currys and LTIMindtree have overhauled the retailer’s commerce and support ecosystem.
