North America drives IT hiring at Walmart

North America emerged as the leading region in the global retail IT hiring activity in June 2022 with a 96.46% share, which marked a 13.04% drop over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 3.22%, registering a 56.52% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 0.32% share and a flat growth over May 2022.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s retail industry IT hiring activity with a 96.46% share in June 2022, a 13.04% decline over May 2022. India featured next with a 3.22% share, down 56.52% over the previous month.

Junior Level jobs lead Walmart IT hiring activity in June 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.7%, down by 13.33% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 22.19% share, a decline of 32.35% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 15.11% share, up 11.9% over May 2022.
