Out of the total IT job titles posted by NIKE, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 79.17% in November 2022, and a 51.9% drop over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 8.33% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 63.64%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 6.25% in November 2022, a 25% drop from October 2022.

North America emerged as the leading region in the global retail IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 64.58% share, which marked a 52.31% drop over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 22.92%, registering an 83.33% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 12.5% share and a 78.57% drop over October 2022.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s retail industry IT hiring activity with a 64.58% share in November 2022, a 52.31% decline over October 2022. India featured next with a 12.5% share, down 78.57% over the previous month. Netherlands recorded a 12.5% share, an increase of 100% compared with October 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead NIKE IT hiring activity in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 52.08%, down by 52.83% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 41.67% share, a decline of 37.5% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 6.25% share, down 78.57% over October 2022.
