The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 34.78% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Netherlands retail industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Inter IKEA Holding posted 36 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 5.88% over the previous month, followed by adidas with 9 jobs and a 50% drop. Koninklijke Ahold Delhaize with 6 IT jobs and Amazon with 5 jobs, recorded a 64.71% decline and a 61.54% decrease, respectively, while Zur Rose Group recorded a decline of 60% with 4 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 69.57%, down by 20% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with an 18.84% share, registered a decline of 61.76% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 10.14% share, up 16.67% over September 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.45%, recording a month-on-month decline of 50%.
