Out of the total IT job titles posted by Inter IKEA Holding, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 54.62% in October 2022, and a 6.56% rise over September 2022, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 11.76% in October 2022, and registered growth of 55.56%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 11.76% in October 2022, a 36.36% drop from September 2022.

In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 3.36% and a month-on-month increase of 100%.
Sweden commanded a leading presence in the region’s retail industry IT hiring activity with a 28.57% share in October 2022, a 30.61% decline over September 2022. US featured next with a 13.45% share, up 23.08% over the previous month. Netherlands recorded a 10.08% share, a decline of 20% compared with September 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Inter IKEA Holding IT hiring activity in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.59%, down by 21.5% from September 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15.97% share, a growth of 72.73% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 13.45% share, up 6.67% over September 2022.
