The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 69.77% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s retail industry during October 2022 over September 2022.
Carrefour posted 23 IT jobs in October 2022 and registered a rise of 155.56% over the previous month, followed by Veepee with 17 jobs and a 22.73% drop. Amazon with 11 IT jobs and Universal SportsBiz with 11 jobs, recorded a 22.22% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while SMCP recorded an increase of 266.67% with 11 job postings during October 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 74%, up by 10.45% from September 2022. Entry Level positions with a 17% share, registered an increase of 30.77% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9% share, flat growth over September 2022.
