During the last 12 months, the company has been focusing on meeting the targets of its long-term growth strategy. The Danish retailer aims to increase its market share and double its revenue in the US compared with 2019. As part of this expansion Pandora has acquired 37 store locations from US jewellery retailer Ben Bridge Jeweler.

The collection is called Pandora Brilliance and all the jewels in it are crafted using more than 60% renewable energy on average. With this offering the retailer is also hoping to increase transparency in diamond supply chains, which have been a constant source of human rights controversies.
The jewellery manufacturer has also been proactive in countering the spread of COVID-19 in the US by adapting the Appian Workforce Safety solution early in the pandemic.
