Of the top leading companies in the retail industry, Kroger had the greatest increase in references for customer loyalty in Q2 2024, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified nine customer loyalty-related sentences in the company's filings - 0.4% of all sentences - and an increase of 29% in Q2 2024 compared with Q2 2023. Ulta Beauty’s mentions of customer loyalty rose by 29% to 9 and Wesfarmers’s by 17% to 7 and Lowe's’s by 67% to 5.
