E-commerce marketplace Shopify has expanded its partnership with PrintKK, an e-commerce print-on-demand solutions provider.  

The collaboration enables Shopify store owners to access PrintKK’s product offerings and logistics channels, streamlining the delivery process to consumers. 

Print-on-demand is a retail fulfilment method in which items are printed and shipped only after a sale, making it crucial for merchants to have reliable suppliers.  

A supplier change can affect a merchant’s ability to maintain quality and timely delivery, impacting revenue, reputation and customer satisfaction. 

PrintKK chief operating officer Vicky Dai said: “We’re excited to partner with Shopify to enhance the e-commerce infrastructure.
