T&T Supermarkets, an Asian grocery retailer based in Canada, has announced its expansion of its footprint in the US with first store set to open in California.
Scheduled to open in autumn 2025, the new store will be located at the Westgate Centre, 1600 Saratoga Ave, San Jose.
The San Jose store will offer a range of features, including a BBQ counter, noodle station, dim sum and street food section, hot food bar, and a Chinese crepe station made to order.
Additionally, the store will house an in-store bakery, providing freshly prepared items such as mochi puffs, egg tarts, and Hong Kong style pastries, along with customised cakes.
For the first time, Californians will also have access to T&T’s signature Private Label products, including pineapple cakes, Taiwanese sausages, soup pork dumplings, and green onion pancakes.
This new store marks the retailer’s third store announcement in the US, following two planned locations in Washington.
