The G-III Apparel Group, a major player in the fashion industry, has announced an increase in its investment in All We Wear Group (AWWG) to 19%.
The previous ownership stake, as per the agreement announced in June 2024, was 12%.
AWWG, a prominent platform for international brands, is based in Madrid, Spain and owns Pepe Jeans London, Hackett and Façonnable.
Owned by M1 Group, L Catterton and founder Carlos Ortega, the company generates more than $650m in revenues across more than 3,500 points of sale in 86 countries.
The partnership makes AWWG the official agent for brands such as DKNY, Donna Karan and Karl Lagerfeld in Spain and Portugal.
G-III aims to maximise its growth in Europe.

G-III, known for its expertise in the design, sourcing and marketing of fashion products, manages a portfolio of 30 prominent brands.
The company owns ten iconic names including DKNY, Karl Lagerfeld, Donna Karan and Vilebrequin, and holds licences for Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Nautica.
