Quiet Platforms, a subsidiary of American Eagle Outfitters, uses advanced data science and AI to streamline supply chains for high-growth brands.
This partnership comes as Perfect Moment faces high import duties and shipping costs.
The company previously dispatched US e-commerce orders from the UK, which resulted in import duties.
The new US distribution centres will address these issues by allowing the company to pay duties on transfer prices and reduce shipping expenses.
The AI-powered localised delivery system from Quiet Platforms is expected to improve shipping and returns processing, enhancing the overall customer shopping experience.

The brand anticipates further growth in its US customer base through the partnership.

The partnership will leverage Quiet Platforms’ Click2Door platform, an end-to-end fulfilment and delivery solution that offers predictable per-order costs.
This includes receiving and storage, pick and pack, and last-mile delivery – crucial for the brand’s expansion strategy.
