Online home furnishing retailer Wayfair has launched its first large-format store at Edens Plaza in Wilmette, Illinois, US.
The 150,000ft² two-storey establishment offers 19 departments and a wide range of home products including furniture, décor items and appliances.
Shoppers at Wayfair’s new location can also benefit from complimentary design and home improvement consultations with in-store experts.
The Porch, an all-day café, serves refreshments.
Customers receive free shipping on most products, with delivery times from one to two days.
Wayfair commissioned local artist Alyssa Low to create a custom mural that celebrates both Chicago and Wilmette, which can be seen on the north exterior wall of the store.
