British fashion brand Reiss has adopted Teamwork Commerce’s mobile point of sale (POS) system across its bricks-and-mortar stores in the US.
The solution is now live in nine Reiss locations across the country.
The system, which operates exclusively on iOS devices using Apple‘s intuitive user interface to facilitate quick and efficient checkouts, elevates customer experiences and streamlines in-store processes.
It allows the retailer’s staff to conduct transactions from anywhere in the store, offering customers a high-quality and seamless shopping experience.
The move is part of Reiss’ strategy to enhance customer service, focus on growth in its second-largest market and improve operational efficiency.
With 266 points of sale in 18 countries, Reiss offers luxury collections for men, women and children.
