Spanish fashion company Mango has revealed plans to open seven stores in the Netherlands this year.
According to the retailer, these new stores will be located on prime shopping streets in Groningen, Den Bosch, Nijmegen and Leeuwarden and in shopping centres such as Heerlen.
The company will also expand its network in cities like Rotterdam, where it already has stores.
Mango’s new point of sale in Groningen will be located at number 48 of the Herestraat shopping street.
The store will have 500m² of selling space and offer women’s and children’s apparel lines.
The company’s new store in Den Bosch is in Schapenmarkt and has a selling space of 450m² featuring lines for women and men.

In Rotterdam, the retailer plans to refurbish its flagship store in Lijnbaan and will have a selling space of 900m² once completed.
Last month, it opened a 570m² store in the city.
The brand said that its new stores will feature New Med, its Mediterranean-inspired store concept.
Mango expansion and franchises director Daniel López said: “The Netherlands is a key market for Mango’s international expansion. Our arrival this year in cities we have not been present in until now will consolidate our brand and allow us to strengthen our position internationally.”
Recently, the fashion group reported a turnover of €1.45bn ($1.62bn) in the first half of the year, up 20% compared to the same period the prior fiscal year.
The company stated that results were driven by strong performance in major markets, including Spain, the US, Turkey, Italy and India.
Mango also plans to open more than 15 stores and refurbish another 15 in Spain, as well as 15 more in Italy this year.
The company also announced plans to open 15 stores in the US. It aims to operate approximately 40 stores in the country by 2024.
