US-based bridal and special occasion clothier David’s Bridal has revealed plans to expand its US presence by opening a further two retail locations.

One store will be located in West Chester Township, Ohio, while the other will be built in Torrance, California.

The stores will be strategically positioned to better serve both new clients and the company’s current customer base.

They are due to open in the first quarter of this year, with the West Chester Township outlet opening on 27 January and the Torrance store on 3 February.

The stores will offer thousands of dresses, including items from David’s Bridal’s Little White Dress Boutique and Flower Girl ranges.

They will also sell other dresses for homecoming, prom, Quinceañera, date night, anniversary celebrations, graduations, communions and other special occasions.

Customers can directly walk into the stores or book an appointment to shop with a trained stylist and in-house alterations artisan. Dresses will be available in sizes from 0W to 30W.

The store openings come after David’s Bridal opened stores in Naperville, Illinois, and Clive, Iowa, in the second half of last year.

The company said it remains committed to better catering to its customers’ changing requirements. It is currently carrying out store fleet evaluations and recently announced a real estate strategy.
